The game park Hochkreut is situated on a wooded hill,
between the lakes Traunsee and Attersee

Drive by car from the House Grabler, Altmünster, to the village Reindlmühl in the valley Aurachtal and then about 2 km towards the village Neukirchen.
Here starts at a bridge on the right side the 5 km long mountain road to the game park Hochkreut
The game park itself is situated on 959 m on a mountain top with a great view.
In the park you can watch many native animals and visit special attractions like bird sound and mushroom nature trail, frog pool and panorama museum.
If you’d like to combine your visit at the game park with a walk, there are as well easier and longer variants.
If you want you can start from your apartment, at the House Grabler, and walk via Reindlmühl or over the Grasberg to your destination (2 to 3 hours).
The shortest way begins one and a half kilometre after Neukirchen towards Großalm at the Zöhrergraben – from here you’ll need about an hour to the game park.
